Nonprofit directors overseas face a number of challenges already, not to mention new environments of corruption, fraud, bribery, and sexual misconduct. This is also often done without a roadmap or training for some of the thorniest technical hats they must wear.
I wrote this guide with the aim of helping navigate these challenges in order to foster the resilience and longevity needed to serve their clients over the long-term.
